¦ Description
This unit is developed with the help of the Xi'an Jiaotong University and so on . And is used to orientate small crystal bar and its wafers at three-dimension .The crystal'orientation can be known and Non-known, the crystal can have any deviation angle ; with the"butterfly diagram"can easily distinguish: it is the orientated Polycrystal, Quasi-single crystal or orientated crystal materials .The unit works with the inner-circle cutting machine.

The unit has two goniometers .One has a fixed set for the saw plate with the crystal bar, to measure deviation angles of the bar, then to cut the bar into the wafers ,Other has a sample holder and a rotating holder. The sample holder is used to measure the wafers; the rotating holder is used to measure the wafers with a PC -computer and to obtain a so called"butterfly diagram"as before .The goniometers scan automatically.
