These three types of products are double-crystal diffraction type of high-accuracy orientation units with relatively low intensity, which can be used to measure high-accuracy crystal wafer and other kinds of single-crystal materials.
DX-3 Type: accuracy ±15″, dial display, least reading 15″.
DX-4 Type: accuracy ±15″, digital display, least reading 10″.
DX-4A Type: accuracy ±15″, digital display, least reading 1″.
