¦ Description
This unit is developed based on our company DX-5/6A.B type high precision X-ray quartz bar set unit.The major characteristics are that,without worm gear,uses import special encoder and special precision slideway,and new technologys.So that the accuracy of the crystal bar sticking is vary high,and specially suit to be used to work with multi-line cutting machine.
The apparatus has two workplaces,the goniometer on the left is used to measure high -precision wafers.On the right is crystal bar sticking set .Crystal bar orientated on the R side,it is adjusted by micrometer.Cut angle is adjusted by goniometer.The apparatus is used mainly the model of AT also BT.

Attention Please:
1、As this set can adapt to kinds of thickness bar,so it requst crystal bar's R side's space is big enough.it's better that the crystal bar is cutted from the Z-plate.If crystal bar is Y-bar ,it is needed to cut R side parallelly ,so that it can enlarge R side area.
