¦ DX-7C TYPE SILICON CRYSTAL INGOT X-RAY ORIENTATION UNIT
¦ Description
This unit is specially used to orient and measure silicon single crystal ingot , and to work with multi-line cutting machine.
The unit has two goniometers , each has a pair of rollers. One is used to measure 3~5 inch , other is for 6~8 inch ingot . The ingot is put on the pair of rollers to orient by X-ray.
A import special encoder(min. reading 0.001)is used to measure the rotary angle of ingot . Measure can be 4 Position(0,90,180,270)and 2 Position (0,90).
The unit has a controller , it has a micro-computer . We can choose the menu and input parameters including code of ingot , offset angle and so on. After calculation , it can display and print the code of ingot , rotary angle (β) , the sway angle (α) for sticking ingot on the saw plate (work piece plate) .
