Description
This unit is used to orient and measure silicon single crystal ingot, it can also be used to other kinds of single crystal ingot.
The unit has two workplaces , while the right one is used to orient the ingot angle and the left one to orient the cut-wafer angle , each has a pair of rollers. One is used to measure 3~5 inch, another is for 6~8 inch Ingot. The Ingot is put on the pair of rollers to orient by X-ray.
