Description
This unit is used to orient/stick the crystal bar under X-ray . It uses a special encoder to be directly connected with the shaft . The crystal bar is oriented on the R side and adjusted by micrometer , also the sticker adopts a special slideway to much improve the crystal-bar sticking precision , especially good for the set of multicut/line cutter to cut higher precision wafers . It is used Model AT , also BT .
