Description
This unit is used to orient of quartz SC wafers . This unit includes test platform computer analysis system . The platform includes X-ray tube (30kv , 2mA) . Geiger counter and single-wafer machine with a monochromator .
The computer analysis system consists of computer , data analysis software which deal with the real-time datum , and then the cut angle values are obtained . They can be shown in computer screen and can be exported through the printer . The accuracy of the cut angle is ±15″ and the minimum reading of cut angle is ±1″ . 
This unit has the electromagnetic X-ray shutter and X-ray safety cover , which supply the safely environment for the manipulators . 
This unit can be made the desktop type (just as the picture above) , or other type as the users , requirements .
